Is it really free to join?
Yes! The Valued Customer Club is completely free. Simply register an account on our website and you're automatically enrolled as a member.
How do I use my VCC discount?
Register a free customer account and use its email at checkout. The 10% discount on eligible products is set to apply automatically when your account is recognised. Check the discount before placing your order, and contact support@christmasworld.com.au if it does not appear.
Does my 10% VCC discount apply to sale items and shipping?
Yes, the 10% VCC discount applies to the final sale price of products, including items already on sale. Shipping charges are excluded. It cannot be combined with another discount code or additional promotional offer.
What if I already have an account?
If your Christmas World customer account is active, you are eligible for the VCC discount. Use the email address linked to your account at checkout. If the discount does not appear, contact us at support@christmasworld.com.au.
Can I cancel my membership?
Unsubscribing from marketing emails stops those messages but does not cancel your customer account or VCC discount. To request cancellation of your membership, contact us at support@christmasworld.com.au.
