Christmas World began in 1999 on Sydney's North Shore with a simple idea: bring everything Christmas under one roof. Fresh-cut trees, sparkling lights, beautiful decorations, and that warm festive feeling that makes a house a home at Christmas time.

How can I receive a discount on my order?

By registering an account on our website, you become a member of the Christmas World Valued Customer Club. Members receive an exclusive 10% discount on all non-promotional products, exclusive promotional offers, newsletters with updates on new items and locations, and a Fresh Christmas Tree discount voucher.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Zip Pay, Afterpay, and HUMM. Zip Pay, Afterpay and HUMM are subject to their own credit limits on purchase value.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer $14.99 flat rate shipping Australia-wide, and free shipping on all orders over $149. The flat rate and free shipping exclude artificial Christmas trees, large frame rope lights and other heavy or large items — shipping for these is automatically calculated at checkout based on size and weight. For full shipping rates, please refer to our shipping page.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24 to 72 hours of payment. Normal delivery time within Australia is 1 to 7 days after dispatch, though busy periods may add a little extra time. Please allow 5–20 days for deliveries to the Northern Territory and Western Australia. During peak season (October–January), orders are processed immediately.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email at support@christmasworld.com.au. Include photo images or video footage of the damaged product and packaging. This allows us to launch an investigation with our delivery partner.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers?

No, Christmas World does not deliver to PO Boxes, Post Offices, or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
