What is Flat Rate Shipping?
We deliver your order for $12 Flat Rate for all Australia addresses (for every 4 items maximum), please note that the flat rate is not applicable for large items and Christmas trees, for full shipping rates please refer to this page: https://www.christmasworld.com.au/pages/shipping

How long does it takes for my order to be dispatched?
If you order before 11 am, the items will be dispatched on the same day and if you order after 11 am your items will be dispatched the next day. Dispatching time might differ during peak days, please contact us for urgent deliveries.

How long does it takes for my order to be delivered?
Our third party delivery couriers (Australia Post/Fastway/CouriersPlease/DirectCouriers) pick up dispatched items the following days and it usually only takes 2-5 days for your order to arrive at your door if you live in NSW, ACT and QLD and take slightly longer for other states (5-10 Days).

I have not received my order yet, what should I do?
Do not worry, we will make sure that you get your order. Please do the following step by step way to deal with the problem:
Check your delivery status using the tracking code we have sent you to your email, or you can easily go to your account page here: https://www.christmasworld.com.au/account and you can track your item to the courier that we use to ship your package.
If you still can not find your item, give us a call and we will help you with the tracking, our tracking (02) 800 50 149.
Please make sure you have properly searched the items in your front yard or any safe place in front of your house if you selected the authority to leave delivery method.


How long is the warranty?
Due to seasonal business all the lighting products have a warranty for 3 months from the date of purchase.

How do I claim warranty?
You are welcome to come to the store you originally purchased the item/s, Proof of purchase must be provided with the product for a refund or exchange. If you bought the product online please go to this page https://christmasworld.myreturnscenter.com/


What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all Master Card/VISA/American Express with no processing fee, we also accept PayPal payment.

Can I transfer my payment?
Unfortunately bank transfer is not an option.

How long before I can collect my item?
If you order before 11 am, you can collect at the same day after 2 pm, and you can collect the next day if you made a purchase after 11am. Please allow extra 24 hours during busy period (November & December).

How do I know if my order is ready to be picked up?
We will notify you via email once we have successfully dispatched your item to be picked up.
